Engagements are priced by scope. Smaller accounts with a focused SEO remit sit at one end. Larger accounts with aggressive paid-search budgets and multiple properties sit at the other. Every proposal is built to the specific business after the diagnostic call. You're not paying for hours. You're paying for the specific operator who spent over a decade figuring out what works and has every incentive to apply it correctly, the first time.

Two reasons. First, NDAs. Most of my clients explicitly don't want their strategy or revenue figures public. Second, I'd rather let you evaluate me on my own results, which I control and can stand behind, than curated case studies that every agency selectively edits. My $4M/month is public on Instagram. No. Anyone guaranteeing specific Google rankings is either lying or about to. What I guarantee is the work. The quality of the audit, the discipline of the execution, the honesty of the reporting. If I ever conclude I can't move your numbers, I'll tell you before you waste six months finding out.

Then we're not a fit. SEO compounds. Paid search takes a real learning period. Shorter engagements are almost always worse for both sides. I'd rather you hire a cheaper monthly agency than pay for three months of my time and get frustrated.
